*Telemedicine services are limited to CT, NY, and CA. Controlled substances are not prescribed without an in-person evaluation, in compliance with federal and state regulations. Our practice does not prescribe controlled substances via telemedicine.
**During an educational visit, Dr. Sader can offer educational information about health issues and discuss general treatment options for said issues. However, Dr. Sader will not be providing specific advice, a formal diagnosis or prescribe any medication or tests, that are specific to any particular individual. These educational visits are to provide information and a better understanding of health issues for the individuals to discuss directly with their own provider for potential treatment. The more you know and understand, the better equipped you will be to improve your condition.
Meet Dr. SADER
Dr. Sader is a double-boarded neurologist and pain doctor. His goal is to provide comprehensive care for patients suffering from headaches and other chronic pain disorders such as low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, and joint pain.
He is one of the very few specialists in the country trained in both neurology and interventional pain medicine. As such, he aims to not only diagnose chronic pain conditions, but also treat them using a multidisciplinary approach that spans conservative modalities (physical therapy, acupuncture, massage), medical management with non-opioid pain medications, and interventional pain procedures (injections, occipital nerve blocks, trigger point injections, trigeminal branch nerve blocks, spinal epidural steroid injections, facet radiofrequency ablation, and joint injections).
